b. Information Collected Automatically
- Camera and Video Data: Our core service involves processing video streams from your connected CCTV cameras. This footage is Personal Information. The AI service processes this data to identify objects (such as people, vehicles, and animals) to generate security alerts as per your configuration. We do not use this data for facial recognition or any other form of biometric analysis unless explicitly stated as part of a feature you opt into.
- Incident Data: When our AI detects a relevant event, it creates an incident report which includes a timestamp, detection type (e.g., "Person detected"), and a reference to the associated camera.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our Services, such as which features you use and when you access your dashboard.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
- To set up and manage your user account.
- To process your subscription.
- To send you security alerts and other essential notifications related to the Service.
- To respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer support.
